YUM Energy Snacks

These are so yummy! I slightly modified mine by using carob chips and slithered almonds instead of coconut and choc chips. Give them a shot, they’re a great little snack option.

SO healthy! SO easy! And SO yummy!

  • 1 cup (dry) oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseewd
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge for about 1/2 hour. Roll into small balls about 1 inch in size. Store in air tight container in the fridge.
