Some people like to exercise in a group while others like to train solo – and some like to do both!<\/p>\n
My clients are the reason I offer both group and individual training options. They have requested it, I enjoy the variety – and ultimately, I see my clients grow and surpass their pre-conceived fitness capabilities.<\/p>\n
