Some people like to exercise in a group while others like to train solo – and some like to do both!<\/p>\n

My clients are the reason I offer both group and individual training options. They have requested it, I enjoy the variety – and ultimately, I see my clients grow and surpass their pre-conceived fitness capabilities.<\/p>\n

Group Fitness Training<\/h3>\n

We have morning and afternoon “crews” who (lucky for me) loyally show up\u00a0every week, rain or shine, to get active together. They’re a very welcoming and friendly bunch who love seeing new people join in…. after all, they were in the same position once and know how you might be feeling.<\/p>\n
