Ok, so the days are shorter now… but let’s avoid slumping into a pit of despair and adjust ourselves for the chill that is coming. Whether you move inside and train in the gym, or dust off the thermals and take on the very fresh air, it’s important to keep moving.<\/p>\n

For some of my clients, training as part of a team is the motivation they need to keep routine going over the winter. And for others, they prefer heading to the gym and having a programme set to keep them going.<\/p>\n

What’s important to me is seeing the RBT Community keep moving over the winter. I’ll be looking into some fun winter events that we could enter together and work towards to keep our wheels spinning and those health and fitness goals on track.<\/p>\n
