Hi, I’m Laura Ecclestone – fitness enthusiast, proud “Mounty,” and Mum.
I’ve been in the fitness and health game for (deep breath) over 20 years now, and I honestly can’t imagine doing anything else.
Fitness is my passion, and I feel so lucky to have turned it into my profession. It’s what inspired me to create Result Based Training and everything we’ve achieved so far.
