We offer 2 sessions a week, days/times do vary from term to term but we offer lots of notice for this.
1 session/w = $11
2 sessions/w = $16.50
KIDS SESSIONS are based around, technique, coordination, fitness, strength, agility, communication and lots more. the idea is to give them an insight on training and all these prinicapals to help them now but more so later in life and just to also help them understand how important been fit and strong is for LIFE, and how can help you with so many things 🙂
