My clients are the reason I offer both group and individual training options. They have requested it, I enjoy the variety – and ultimately, I see my clients grow and surpass their pre-conceived fitness capabilities.

Group Fitness Training
We have morning and afternoon “crews” who (lucky for me) loyally show up every week, rain or shine, to get active together. They’re a very welcoming and friendly bunch who love seeing new people join in…. after all, they were in the same position once and know how you might be feeling.
