As an endurance motorcross rider, I need a very specific training programme. I have been a client of Laura’s at Results Based Training for over two years and in this time my fitness has increased dramatically. I find Laura to be very professional, knowledgable and also very motivating as a Personal Trainer. She has the experience and an understanding of what is required to create specialised programs for different sports. In my case with endurance motorcross riding, she knows exactly what I require – I have not had a personal trainer that understands this unique sport as much as Laura. She is very supportive, encouraging and caring no matter what the circumstance. I respect Laura as a trainer and a person and can whole heartedly recommend her as someone who will help you achieve your fitness goals. – Janelle Walker
I never thought i would be rolling around on wet grass at 6am! But its been a few years now and, rain or shine, my week wouldn’t be as fun or energised without Laura’s outdoor group training sessions. I’m a runner at heart but after having two children, my body wasn’t so keen to just get up and run again. I realised I needed to be stronger, especially around my glutes and core – but i wasn’t motivated to do squats and sit-ups by myself at home. So i started going to Laura’s outdoor group training sessions and am now stronger than i have ever been. I’ve since completed a few half marathons along with some other shorter events. And I’ve been injury free and seem to dodge winter bugs which is a huge bonus! But aside from all of that, I love training outside with a bunch of really down to earth people. The range in age and fitness levels may be vast but we train with all the encouragement and motivation that comes from being a part of Laura’s RBT team. – Kat Scholes
Laura was originally my personal trainer, helping me with some specific training needs I had. Whilst this training was going well we both thought I would benefit from more regular high intensity training. I attended my first session in September 2014 – nearly died!! – but after a few more, I realised that this is what I needed to lift my fitness, flexibility and well-being to another level. My base fitness has noticeably improved. I am more flexible now than I was in my thirties and I find Laura’s workouts a great stress release for me. I love working out now. Laura’s sessions are not only great for the body but also for the mind and the group that I train with are all like-minded, great people that are all training to improve themselves – and they’re super keen to help and motivate those around them. We sweat a lot but also smile a lot.I can really relate to Laura as she is a passionate fitness bunny that has a vast amount of experience in multiple sports and is genuine in her approach to helping others achieve great results. – Bryan Guilford
Laura is one of the most inspiring, energising and dedicated women I know. Not only does she make training sessions challenging and original every time but also fun!! Laura has created such a warm and friendly community by being a fantastic leader and encouraging everyone to push there limits. I would highly recommend joining Results Based Training. I feel the best I have ever felt and look forward to training most mornings… Not so much the hard cold raining mornings:) but I still go and feel great after!! Thanks Laura! You truly are amazing. – Pip Covell
